Guillaume Tirel has been around the family kitchens for ever. After training alongside some great chefs he has returned to Cancale with his wife Sylvie to open the restaurant Côté Mer.
He is a Maître Cuisinier de France, a distinction bestowed on him by his colleagues for his promotion of the culinary arts and passing on of knowledge.
Sheltered from the bustle of the port, with a full sea view over the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Côté Mer offers a fresh refined cuisine for the most part using sea food and changing with the seasons. A choice from the wine list of 250 references will raise your meal to new heights.
Sea food platters are available only if ordered 48 hours in advance.
