Bertrand Larcher grew up on a Breton farm and met his Japanese wife early on in his career. The link between Brittany and Japan ? Sarrasin, the famous buckwheat. He opened his first creperie in Tokyo in 1996 and is today the best ambassador for Japanese-Breton culture in his restaurants in Cancale, Saint Malo, Paris and Japan.

In Cancale the Breizh Café is a 3 in 1 concept.

Les Chambres Breizh Café offers rooms bearing the names of cider apples and welcomes you with a view of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. Breakfast is included.

The fine dining restaurant La Table Breizh Café, uses Breton products to create Japanese dishes. Enjoy a unique experience with Michelin starred chef Raphaël-Fumio Kudaka.

The creperie unites breton recipes with the refinement of Japanese cuisine with original dishes and ciders from many places.
